December 9, 2024 Update:

The Court entered final approval of the Sleeper Berth Settlement on October 18, 2024. A copy of the Order is available on the website HERE.

Check distribution has been delayed slightly, to ensure that reporting requirements are met for all 50 states. Payments will be placed in the mail on Monday, December 30. Tax forms will be included with your check.

If you have moved, please be sure to update your address no later than December 13 HERE.

NOTICE OF SLEEPER BERTH SETTLEMENT FOR CONTRACT DRIVERS IN CRST’S DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM

A settlement has been reached in the lawsuit, Montoya v. CRST Expedited, Inc., as to the claim that time in excess of eight hours per day in the sleeper berth was compensable. This claim was brought under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act. You may be eligible to make a claim from the Settlement Fund. The Notice informs you about your rights relating to this Settlement.

In order to receive a monetary payment from this Settlement, you must file a Claim Form. The deadline to file a claim is September 27, 2024. If you do not file a claim by September 27, 2024, you will lose your right to receive a monetary payment from the Settlement.
